Mill House Terms and Conditions



A deposit is normally required, payment by cheque only.   Sorry we are unable to take credit  cards at this time.
At Weekends there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stay.  However please ask for availability of 1 night stays.

Cancellations:
Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited - the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged however  we will do our best to re-let the room so that we can return the balance you have paid.

Standard Check-in is from 3pm (15.00) and no later than 8pm (20.00) . For pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 20.00 - arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 3pm (15.00) luggage can be stored.

Check out would be appreciated  by 10.30am

Mill House is a non - smoking house – both bedrooms and public areas and of course dining room. Thank you!

Pets. Although we appreciate our animal friends – pets are not allowed at Mill House. Sorry!
Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability.
If you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay, please  bring it to the attention of the management at the time to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it.
Prices
The prices featured are per room per night. These prices include accommodation as per the specified room inclusive of full English breakfast & all usual amenities. Minimum length of stay may apply.
